Nomination for Rotary Community Leader (RCL) for Rotary Community Group #3 (RCG#3)

A nomination for RCL has been received by the District Governor from Rotarian David Barton.
David is a Past District Governor (PDG) and is a current member of Melville Rotary Club. He has held Club Directorships on the following committees: Youth, Vocational, Community, International, Foundation.
David has also been Foundation Chair, District Secretary, District Treasurer, Vocational Chair and Conference Chair at District level.
He is currently on the District Membership Committee.
